Human-Centred Workshop & Learning Experience Design

I design interactive learning experiences that connect knowledge with practice, collaboration, and reflection.

From non-formal education and social awareness workshops to personalised online training, each experience is designed around the audience, learning objectives, and learning context.

My Approach

Learner-Centred Design

I adapt content, activities, and pace to the needs, experience, and level of the target audience.

Experiential
Learning

I turn knowledge into experience through activities, real-world problems, collaboration, and practical application.

Collaboration & Dialogue

Activities create space for the exchange of ideas, perspectives, and experiences.

Reflection & Application

Learning does not end with acquiring knowledge. Learners are encouraged to process, evaluate, and apply what they have learned.

Learning Journey:
Get Inspired → Learn → Explore → Solve → Take Action → Reflect

Personalised Online Canva Training

Rather than providing a general introduction to Canva, the training was based on learning by doing, with continuous guidance and immediate support.

Personalised Learning · Guided Practice · Learning by Doing · Feedback

Learning Journey: Brand Visual Identity → Social Media Posts → Carousel / Banner / Ad → Video & Reels → Application

Roots & Shoots Greece – Building Active Citizens: Animal Rights

Design Approach: The workshop was designed to move participants from information and awareness to the group exploration of real-world issues and, ultimately, the design of possible classroom applications.

Methods: Brainstorming · Group Work · Audiovisual Materials · Service Learning · Discussion · Reflection

Learning Journey: Awareness → Exploration → Collaboration → Action Design → Classroom Application → Evaluation

Service Civil International Hellas – Intercultural Workshop: Stereotypes, Discrimination & Racism

Audience: Middle and high school students

Format: In-person experiential workshop in a school setting

Language: English, with Greek translation/support where needed

Design Approach: The workshop was based on non-formal education principles and used experiential activities, group work, dialogue, and empathy-building exercises.

Rather than focusing solely on definitions and concepts, students were encouraged to take a position, observe their own reactions, question stereotypical assumptions, and explore real-life social situations from different perspectives.

In this way, learning moved from theoretical understanding to personal exploration and critical reflection, creating a safe space where students could express their views, ask questions, and reconsider assumptions and stereotypes.

Methods: Experiential Learning · Collaborative Learning · Dialogue-Based Learning · Empathy-Building Activities · Critical Reflection

Learning Journey: Activation → Self-Observation → Exploration → Questioning → Collaboration → Empathy → Reflection
