My Journey into Learning Experience Design
My professional journey began with educational programme design and adult education, and gradually evolved into digital learning, educational content development, and the design of complete learning experiences.
Designing Training Programmes
My professional journey in education began with the design of educational materials for corporate training programmes. I designed and developed learning materials for more than 20 training programmes, structuring content around learning objectives and the needs of adult learners.
Non-Formal Learning Design
The next significant step in my professional journey came through non-formal education and international volunteering. I coordinated more than 50 volunteer placements and educational activities, supporting 30+ volunteers from diverse cultural backgrounds. I also designed and delivered workshops focused on intercultural dialogue and community participation.
E-learning Programme Design
My experience in adult education, workshop design, and instructional design came together for the first time in a complete digital learning project. I designed and developed the Roots & Shoots online learning programme on Moodle, while also designing and delivering 15 workshops based on the programme’s methodology.
Consulting & Educational Content
I brought my experience in education into the world of handmade creators and small businesses, combining educational content, content strategy, and mentoring. I founded Creators United GR and supported 50+ brands and creators through practical guides, workshops, online educational content, articles, and consulting.
Learning Experience Design
All these experiences come together in Learning Experience Design.From Training Programme Design, I learned how to design for learning. From Adult Education, I learned to start with the learner. From Non-Formal Education, I learned the power of participation. From Digital Learning, I learned how to bring that experience into digital environments. And from Content Strategy, I learned how to make knowledge clear, useful, and engaging.
